Durelle Pest Management ("we", "us") operates this website. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, and what we do with it. We follow Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
What we collect
We only collect what you choose to send us:
- Inspection requests. The name, phone number, email address, city, pest type and message you enter in the contact form.
- Usage data. If you consent to analytics cookies, aggregated data about pages viewed, referring source and device type.
- Server logs. Our hosting provider records standard request data, including IP address, for security and abuse prevention.
We do not ask for, and you should not send us, payment card details through this website.
How we use it
- To reply to your request, schedule an inspection and quote the work
- To keep a record of the service history at your property
- To understand which pages and campaigns bring in enquiries, if you consented
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing.
Who processes data for us
- Cloudflare — hosts the website and delivers it to your browser.
- Postmark — delivers the contact form submission to our inbox as an email.
- Google (Tag Manager, Analytics and Ads) — measurement, loaded only after you consent. See our cookie policy.
These providers may process data outside Canada, including in the United States, where different privacy laws apply.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to serve you and to meet our record-keeping obligations, then deleted. Analytics data follows the retention period configured in Google Analytics.
Your choices
- Ask what personal information we hold about you, and get a copy
- Ask us to correct anything inaccurate
- Ask us to delete your enquiry
- Withdraw cookie consent at any time using "Cookie settings" in the footer
